Project set up and structure #2

Set up folder and package structure for the project. Share the endpoints and URIs. Complete preliminary learning for the tools required. Recommended to use issue based commits where a commit corresponds to a solution to an issue we have opened earlier. Comment below or on gitter if not understood.
