CSS Classes On InfoBubble div elements #179

I'd like the functionality to have class definitions on all/most of the 
InfoBubble elements to aid in styling of them

Active Tab
Inactive Tab
Shadow
Arrow
primary div container

this would greatly improve the styling limitations for infobubbles.
