Marker Manager does not work with new google map api v 3.10 (relased nov 18).

Generate error "a is undefined".

The Marker Manager has been upgraded to 
http://google-maps-utility-library-v3.googlecode.com/svn/tags/markermanager/1.1/
examples/google_northamerica_offices.html

to fix this issue.
