Hierarchy doesn't load correctly

Steps to reproduce:

• Drop a FBX file (With hierarchy) in Assets window
• Right Click on the fbx in the Assets window and Load to Scene

Result:

• All the objects in the fbx are leaf and they are quadriplicated

Notes: In the archive.inf, in the saved meshes directory, all the parents are 0.
