Seave.sty and other files not properly located for LaTeX and R #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a complete installation on a clean machine with full installs of R and
Miktex

2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Then when you attempt to get a pdf you are told that Sweave is not in the
expected location

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP classroom system

Please provide any additional information below.

The problem is that the folder C:\mylocaltexmf\tex\latex\Sweave needs to be
created and the contents of the folder ..\R-2.12.1\share\texmf\tex\latex need
to be copied to that folder.
Then the Miktex needs to be configured to know about the additional location
for files followed by a refresh of the file name database.

This should all be done during the install.

Er... did you accept the defaults on the installation or change a lot wildly?
Because it should have automatically gotten things up correctly. I hadn't had
any problems with that on the school XP machines in quite a while.

Corrupted repo was causing miktex to not be able to install fancyvrbv.
Nonetheless, I need a better error message for that.
