run travis for ruby 2.5.0 and 2.1.0
removed rubocop from travis
fixed rubocop shit only in the test folder

Travis is failing for an incompatibility of trailblazer-activity-dsl-liner with ruby 2.1.0, weird enough is that the method def self.OptionsForState(normalizers: Normalizers, **options) has already the fix for the ruby 2.x but we still getting that error :confused: - @apotonick any other idea?
