Increase font-weight to 400? #118

While reading the TRB docs quite a lot currently :), I'm finding the body text weight displays as thin/light text and feels harder to read. Would there be any objections to setting font-weight: 400; (instead of 300) in settings.scss?

Also, I'd love to change the header style a bit.
