Append geonames mode for EXIF keywords #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add EXIF keywords using some 3rd party SW
2. Run GPicSync with option 
3. GPicSync overwrites existing keywords

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A new option shall be added which would append GPS data (geonames) to
existing keywords list. Existing geonames shall be updated.

test.jpg, exif-keywords=nice;house
After running GPicSync with append mode:
test.jpg, exif-keywords=nice;house;Viški; Slovenia; "1.11  Km to Viški  in
 Slovenia"; geotagged; geo:lat=46.433083; geo:lon=13.885594
After running GPicSync with append mode (after changing Local time correction):
test.jpg, exif-keywords=nice;house;Viški; Slovenia; "0.55  Km to Viški  in
 Slovenia"; geotagged; geo:lat=46.441255; geo:lon=13.901319

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.24, Windows Vista
