On Start menu, app name is GPicSync.exe #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install GPicSync on Windows
2. Check the GpicSync folder on the Start Menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to the app is called GPicSync but instead it is called 
GPicSync.exe

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GPicSync 1.25, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
Also, when you run the app, no icon is shown on taskbar on in alt-tab.
