What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing on xp
2. run
3. error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the program to open

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest as of 1/9/09

Please provid
MSVCR.dll not found re-installing may fix this, but i have tried and it
does not. pls help

Problem occurred as well on Windows 7 32bit install.
