Remove Moment.js recipe #209

We should remove Moment.js from our example (see libsMomentjs). The Moment.js is no longer the best alternative to work with date/time as reported by the project itself: https://momentjs.com/docs/#/-project-status/

Removing this impacts LWC Recipes and LWC Recipes OSS. LWC Developer Guide is not impacted.
