Add .sf to .gitignore #928

What does this PR do?

I just followed the steps at Installing the app using a Scratch Org and got hundreds of untracked "changes" to the repo because of the creation of the .sf folder and enclosed files. This just adds that folder to .gitignore. Probably doesn't need a whole PR if one of the active devs can include it in one.
