campground vs lodging #33

i put a 'type' field into the 'south_lake_tahoe_lodging' and 'yosemite_lodging' that separates out the campgrounds from the resorts/cabins

can you use that 'type' field and for the trip maps have:

campgrounds = campground

and then change Lodging to Resort/Cabin
