set approval option for trips #16

Some trailblazers are adding trips that need some help with the line work. I'm wondering if we can set trips to 'unapproved' which would essentially remove them from production.

Once we review them, update them if needed and approve them, they'd go live.

I am fine with the Trailblazers still having trips go live automatically, but I'd like an option to remove certain ones from production until they are clean up a bit.

Trips have an approved field now. Admins can update this. It is true by default.

Looks good. In edit mode on this page for example : http://www.transitandtrails.org/trips/140/edit

it looks like "t" is for true and "f" is for false. can we just have that be a check box?
