registered new user, email confirmation link leads to error #33

I signed up for a new account. When I clicked on the link to confirm my account, it lead to this page:

Just pushed a fix for this, please test. I tested a couple times.

Will test as well. I ran into issue where it won't let me register b/c it says the email has already been used.
