Non-profit partner override for trailheads #34

Need an over ride for the non-profit partner in the admin and in edit mode for trailheads and campgrounds for Agency Trailblazers. This will allow GGNPC to adjust what trailheads are coming into their map via the API

Looks good for trailheads. Not urgent, but we should do this for Campgrounds, in both the admin panel and in edit mode for Agency Trailblazers as well.
