Productize Trip Planner #46

Add a section to T&T, laying out the various embeddable widgets. Starting with the Trip Planner.

We can add interactive maps and others later.

Another way to do this would be to put a section on the details pages called "Embed this on your site" that lets people see the various widgets for trips, trailheads and campgrounds. This is more in line with the way it works with the big sites that allow embeds. I have some other ideas for how to do embeds that will cover what we need for San Jose as well.

I like that, but I think we need a separate page to show potential partners all of the products available. It seems we do both.
