add facebook login to new site #53

we should do this pretty soon as it is part of the funding we had with the scc grant which just finishes up on jan 15th.

testing. i was able to log in with fb account, but then it said it would send a confirmation email. i never received the email. when i tried to log in using fb, it says "you have to confirm your account before continuing"
