low quality footer on the new site #54

low_quality_footer

looks low quality on my desktop and pc laptop, but looks great on my mac laptop. clearly it is related to a screen resolution issue. not sure best way to deal with this, but would be nice if it looked higher quality on medium res screens.

Not sure what you mean by "low quality", I might need to see this in person next time we meet.
