use full name instead of user name for contributor

On the new find page, can we use the full name instead of the username.

For example, instead of using SJ's user name 'YvesZsutty' can we use 'City of San Jose'

Or for the Bay Trail's user name is 'baytrailer', can we use 'San Francisco Bay Trail'?

I feel like this will be important for the orgs contributing content.
