too many POPOS concentrated in SF #74

We should work out a way to display these better, maybe with one trialhead with the number when zoomed out and then then show all trailheads when zoomed in.

I am considering unapproving these for now until we figure out if we want POPOS on the site and how to display them. thoughts?
