redrawing features #75

a general comment on the new site. it tends to to take a bit too long to redraw features in the map. i find myself waiting a bit too long. in reviewing yelp, airbnb and others, the redraw seems to be a bit smoother.

for starters maybe don't have the site redraw features immediately after turning off the "redo in map search"

we can look into alternatives.

Agreed, I've got at least one open ticket for more specific issues relating to this. I'de like to get a couple of performance improvements rolled out this week.

great, glad we are on the same page. it's nice to have it live and just improving on it now!

I think the paging and some bugfixes helped out a lot with this. Closing for now.
