Plan page for Trips not working #9

When I hit the Go on this Trip button from here - http://rails.transitandtrails.org/trips/140

It goes here - http://rails.transitandtrails.org/plan/trip/140

If you hit the Plan a Trip here button from the pop up on the Find page, it goes here - http://rails.transitandtrails.org/plan/140/

The urls are different and both bring you to an Error page.

the plan page is working when you get there from the "go on this trip" button in the details page, but still NOT working when you get there from the pop up bubble on the find page

takes you to this link http://rails.transitandtrails.org/plan/57/

the url is off, needs to be http://rails.transitandtrails.org/plan/trip/57/

I just pushed a fix for this.
