This PR

simplifies testing code for the end-to-end integration tests that live in tests/
runs all end-to-end integration tests in docker during CI
moves C++ unittests from polytracker/src/taintdag/ into a new unittests/polytracker/src/taintdag directory under root
removes old bash-based testing scripts from polytracker/src/scripts/
