Updated rake (from 10.0 to 11.0) and sinatra (from 1.0 to 2.0).
Also made minor versions update (0.0.x) which usually include bug fixes and enhancements.
any mutant update causes breaking changes, so mutant is still 0.2
Tested all exercises with their solutions. All specs are green and all yaml exploits pass.
P.S. I could also work on current issues (mostly enhancements)
