triage output column #289

I threw the triager.exe stdout into the output column, but it's already in traige.txt . Probably best to hide it in the gui, or maybe allow clicking on a crash row to pop up a text view of the triage.txt.

Mostly fixed this in PR #292 . Might still be cool to have a popup
