GUI Functions should only act on the current target #353

The crash stat panel at the bottom shows information for all crashes over all targets. Likewise, the 'Export Triage' button dumps a spreadsheet containing information about all the crashes SL2 has ever found. In both these cases, we should filter down the results to only show the current target.
