Fixes for notarization #55

As of this morning the Sinter.app passes Apple notarization, and the Sinter daemon runs successfully on a SIP-enabled macOS 10.15.

We will do a little more testing to ensure no problems and then merge this branch and produce a pkg installer for testing.
