Ask about front framework #7

It would be nice is the generator ask the user witch front framework they want to use. And generate the right webpack config file for the framework.

Here some : no framework react jquery

I'm closing this as in my opinion it will be too much work for something that will be different for a lot of users... Because just framework doesn't make sense without a build tool, and all his config ect.... Also we don't want to ask too much questions to the user before it actually can generate a Trails project.
