feat(concept/policies): Add documentation for policies #37

Feature : Trailpack / Express Policies

[x] Aprobate documentation
[x] check if something is missing
[x] Accept the pull request

Added By @jaumard validation needed when both are check:

[x] Check if true/false and '*' are allowed then modify the docs

-> Removing true/false and '*' as Policy argument

[x] Check if '': ['ExamplePolicy.test2'] is allowed here to override the global '' then modify the docs
