Patch trails lib #41

This uses Trails -> stores, which is new in 3.0. This isn't yet tested with Resolvers. So ready for merge into this branch but not into master yet.

Okay, this is much better, now we can use config/models to set defaults per model, which I really like. If you're cool with it, I'll propose that we put it into the Trails docs and encourage other ORM developers to use it as well.
