yo trails #219

-#### yo trails fails to user select express, only hapi gets installed. I installed lastest npm install -g yo generator-trails

Environment

node version: 5.12.0 / npm 3.9.3
trails version: 1.0.4
operating system: win10

yo trials works fine with Node v6.3.0

@jaumard do you know anything about what might cause this to behave differently between node versions?

@tjwebb nope no idea about this... never test on windows at all :/ I don't see what can be wrong between 2 different node version. We fix some things on generator I think, is this issue append again @johntom ?
