Add Harris Whalen Park (first new park) #14

Note the satellite style is referencing a different tileset than the outdoors style, so it wasn't showing the Harris Whalen additions. I updated that other tileset with the latest geojson data, and now both styles show Harris Whalen. Looks nice in the app!

I did this by going to Studio > Datasets, downloaded the full contents of the latest dataset to a single geojson file, and then went to Tilesets, and in the "…" menu for that other tileset I selected Replace and uploaded the geojson file.

I attempted to change the underlying tileset used by the satellite style to use the same newer tileset as the outdoors style, but couldn't figure out how to do it. The Replace operation was very simple though, so I guess that's good enough for now.

I can change the underlying tileset for the satellite style so they line up later. If you download the style, and look at the xml, changing the source tileset is obvious
