add Isaac Gordon Nature Park #23

The parking lot and overlook should probably get added as POI

GPX looks good. Couple of change requests for the JSON. And I agree we should add POI for the parking lot and overlook.

My snapshot of the location of the overlook got lost, I can rely on the pdf to place the overlook, though.

Also, what would you think of extending the orange trail segment in the far SE corner to connect with the cul-de-sac, as shown in the attached PDF screenshot?

Bo ran all the trails, and didn't include that section, while including every other weird out-and-back. Looking at the satellite map, it looks like a driveway. I'm not sure. I can go either way here.

I was there myself a few years ago and can confirm it's not a driveway and intended for accessing the trails from the street. Paved or gravel, can't remember
