Review the license #26

I don't recall whether any thought was put into the LICENSE file. Guessing I just picked a reasonable choice from the list of options presented by GitHub when creating a repo. Is this an appropriate license file? Need to change or remove it?

We're keeping the license. If I had been choosing near the beginning, I would have reflexively gone more copy-left, but I have nothing against this license.
