I've tried adding this secret as well, coming from here: 
http://macintopics.com/2011/03/16/apple/mac-os-x/stop-the-help-window-from-alway
s-being-on-top because I couldn't find on the preference pane. Weird thing I 
could find two related "secrets" on the website. Why neither would show on the 
panel?
