• Create a dedicated tab in this IDP3 as the work breakdown structure.

  • Sketch Healthy Intentions calendar as visual IDP3 and add in WBS
  • Add exhaustive WBS issue list in the dedicated tab
  • Add remaining grooves so everything can be managed from one place in here (was switching from platform to platform with the meeting protocol I've been working on for DEG)
  • Add 4 items to each platform for the work breakdown structure as default (ex: 2.7 has a general task of creating the meeting memo, but that involves creating a workPad, filling out the workPad, etc...draw from 4-day verses from the meeting platform's 28-day beatDrop)

• Add schedule view to IDP3 to track over 28-days as onboarding

  • First 10-days is about people building everything out by working through problems (keep track of each problem)
  • Next 9 days are about creating documentation based on what was completed/recorded
  • Final 9 days are about creating models to complete onboarding platform

• Create a quick sketch of how each platform contributes on a 2D model of a city block

  • Logistics plan is on the top section of the Healthy Intentions calendar

Wanted to check and see if anything I did into day's sketch relates to logistics. The logistics plan will have a stronger focus in a few months, but for right now, don't put too much effort into it.
