The need for an efficient and reliable meeting protocol became apparent when attempting to develop a solid Go-To-Market Strategy for DEG's Parallel Permaculture Platform. Without clear guidelines, meetings felt chaotic and unfocused, making it challenging to collaborate and execute plans successfully.

GO

Embracing this necessity, the team embarked on a mission to establish a Daily P3 Meeting Protocol. By incorporating elements inspired by other thriving platforms—such as Kafka/Confluent, Backstage/Spotify, Duolingo/Maven, and Polkadot/Stacks—they hoped to create a coherent framework tailored specifically for their unique requirements.
