Open Questions from today:

• What colors should we be wearing? Black pants with different colored Nicole’s magic shirts based on the teams we’re on
• Is there a printout or pdf showing everything required for the day - Installation Agenda
• Includes layout of the event
• Includes mockups of the event
• Includes photos of all screws and pieces - should be like an ikea guide for these installations
• Durations
• Locations for parking mapped out
• Traffic information
• Etc.

All of this will be shown upfront to potential installers. They want to see this to know they’re in good hands. Find some who can take this list and improve on it.

These are days to practice project planning and superintending.

NOTES

• Email was clear and helpful to have ahead of time. Provides a great template for what we’ll be
• Alice was there to greet me
• Didn’t know where the screws were
• Balloon clusters were too small for the letter openings
• Which end was up for the glimmer wall?
• Clear labels on all items - should be as easy to install as IKEA
• The location for the N should have been laid out and corners marked ahead of time
• Everyone should have been notified once the job was awarded. Even if we don’t help install, we can help plan
• Jacques to use construction site logistics to help come up with a plan moving forward
