Change type argument from SFC to ComponentType #20

Description

Change type argument from SFC to ComponentType because the exact component type is of no relevance to skeletor.

@thetrainconductor @alex3165 yo, any sign of life? I really recommend to merge this as it makes using the project with TS quite hard
