A few small changes suggested by Anna Monro and Anne Fuchs at ANBG:
For most fuzzy matches require the first 2 letters of the species epithet to remain identical; to accomplish this added another argument to the fuzzy match function
Be more restrictive in syntax that designates a "name" as "2 options separated by a /" ; the previous syntax was "capturing" a few valid phrase names
