Embed resources so html pages are self standing
move anchors before headers, so that headers show when jumping to a section on page
Add archive of released versions

@ehwenk I've fixed the anchors so all should work now. To test, if you run quarto::quarto_preview, then something like

localhost:3146/#trait_0030711

where localhost port number is the number given from quarto::quarto_preview

please also note

extra instructions for building in build.qmd
the embed-resources flag in index.qmd should cause docs/site_libs to be deleted. Please check this is true on your machine, as I noticed it wasn't happening by default

I have not yet updated contents of docs in the repo

I've confirmed for terms under all 4 categories that the trait identifiers now properly act as anchors, leading you to the correct location
docs/site_libs has disappeared

Let's first merge in the branch [edits-to-traits](https://github.com/traitecoevo/APD/tree/edits-to-traits), then regenerate everything on this branch and the version 1.0.0 release can truly be the first release
