Turns out there's a lot of species in our list where TaxonStand has returned the same ID as an existing species.
A quick check reveals the number of duplicates:
> duplicated(austraits$taxonomy$TPL_ID) %>% sum() [1] 1966
And some examples: ``

Does this apply to all subspecies and varieties?
Closing this, as will move away from using TaxonStand. See #141
