Add new study: Lawes_2014

Small dataset of bark thickness index values. There is a lot more raw data supposedly in the study but we decided to not contact the author.

Questions for review:

• "Accordingly, we measured bark thickness at each site from at least 10 individuals per species spanning 1–20 cm diameter at breast height (d.b.h.)."
  • What should I put for life_stage? 1 cm seems small for an adult, so maybe adult juvenile? (not sure how juvenile differs from sapling and seedling, are there formal definitions for these?)
