Add new study: Kubiak_2009

Add large dataset containing resprouting capacity and post-fire regeneration times for 826 taxa. This dataset was transcribed with pdf extraction code and edited manually where necessary. It was originally wide format but has been converted to long format because resprouting_capacity was spread across two columns fire_response_LCR and fire_response_NL denoting fire response for different locations. I couldn't figure out how to read this data in with two different locations without pivoting longer.

Is it possible in the future to implement where you can read in different columns for different locations?
