updated taxon list, required for AusTraits to pivot.
This is the taxon_list we've been using for the past many months but never committing. It is all APC taxa (accepted + known) and most APNI names used in AusTraits + informal genus-level names from AusTraits.
Most importantly it includes no duplicate "cleaned_names" (what is the
taxon_namein AusTraits).It will be updated again once we incorporate APCalign into AusTraits and properly recode the script to automatically generate this file, but in the meantime need a script that doesn't automatically generate duplicate data rows.
