Shorten job name when submitting via qsub & PBS #21

PBS trims job names. Ideally names should be less 8 chars, that would enable better display in various contexts.

Could shorten using first letters, eg. lma_initial_exploration_simulations_1 -> lies1

I think that with the fix in 1e0ad9d this should no longer be necessary. Shortening names is a whole rabbit hole I'd rather not go down.
