please make repo public and set up releases #94

i included a version with the submission but the system cannot handle files larger than 10MB. not a problem, just need to make sure it is available for reviewers.

In the release:

The PDF of the manuscript, as submitted.
The compiled sowsear/knitr document (in a little zip or tgz file with the Rmd, md, html and figures)
The data that I've had stashed up at zoology (and the scripts will be updated to use it)

I'll call this 0.2-rc1 (second journal first release candidate).

Comments? Extra things? This will take all of about half an hour to do, so I'll be good to go as soon as you've done the manuscript changes.

Sounds perfect. Will fiddle with it a bit tomorrow, give it one last read through and let you know when i am happy with the text.
