Write the draft of the paper

3000 words, plus supp mat, which we should write as vignettes I think.

Sections:

• Biological background: feedbacks included, trade-offs of realism, connections to existing models
• Use cases: how would other people use the model (evolutionary simulations, demographic, etc)
  • consider a small code example, expanded on in the vignette

Figures:

• schematic - similar to Figure 1 Falster et al. 2011
• trajectories over time - something biological to point at, possibly stochastic and deterministic overlaid.

Technical details (where performance is an issue, solving approach, etc) move into vignettes which are our technical docs.
