map figure showing undersampled families #4

here is how the continents are currently split from the ESRI shapefile

just not sure how to make this look good

could also turn this into a table if this is too hard

I think that map image is much clearer than the one currently in use, and we could put boxes along the bottom with the undersampled traits. However, as we have three other figures (phylo, Venn, Gam) and only one table, I agree that this makes a great candidate for a table. Much simpler, too.
